There are two ways to get started:

If you already know which speaker, moderator or host you are interested in, simply let us know. We will check availability and get back to you with a clear proposal and quotation within 24 hours.

2. You are still exploring your options
If you are not yet sure who would be the best fit, we start with a short video call to fully understand your event, your audience and your objectives. Based on that conversation, we prepare a curated proposal with several available speakers or moderators, including clear pricing and practical details.

In both cases, it helps us enormously if you can already share as much information as possible, such as: the target audience, the objectives of the event, the topic, the location, the date and time, and, if possible, your budget range.
The more context you give us, the better we can advise you and propose the right match.

Yes. We ensure that the speaker receives a clear briefing. In addition, an intake with the speaker is always included in our fees, so you can directly share your context, expectations and objectives. This ensures the speaker can tailor the content even better to your event.

How far in advance should I book a speaker? What about last-minute requests?

This depends on the speaker and the period. Most of the time a few weeks is enough, but for in-demand speakers or busy periods it is better to book several months in advance. That said, we are used to working fast and playing it short. In some cases, we have successfully arranged speakers for events taking place just three days later.
