Filip De Groeve is a taboo-breaking expert on female health and inclusion.
A former pharmacist with 20+ years in health marketing, he combines sharp insights with a warm, disarming style. With a healthy dose of humour, he makes heavy topics surprisingly easy to discuss. Through his "taBOOH" keynotes he shows how topics like menstruation, pregnancy and menopause quietly affect performance, leadership and wellbeing at work.
Filip has held senior pharma roles, led international research in women’s health and lived and worked across Europe. Belgian by origin, he now lives in the Netherlands. He is author of the management book: “Zwijgverzuim”, the first book connecting menopause and leadership.
