Managing cross-cultural conflict

Foster collaboration and understanding within teams of people from different cultures
More detailed information
Nationalities. Age generations. Religions. Neurodiversity. Languages. Genders. And more.
Modern workplaces are more diverse than ever, and this will only continue as companies increasingly engage talent in different countries and harness the power of diversity for innovation. But conflict is often a costly by-product of this cultural diversity - how can you avoid it?
In this workshop, Tamara, a certified culture specialist, leads you on a deep dive into culture to develop individual and group skills to manage cross-cultural conflict. You'll explore what cultural diversity is and how it impacts us in the workplace, then take part in hands-on activities to unlock tools based on leading frameworks for fostering understanding in cross-cultural teams and handling conflict.
What you can expect: An interactive, eye-opening learning experience that provides targeted, actionable insights.
The workshop can be tailored if you have specific areas of culture or types of conflict that you wish to address. It can also be combined with the delivery of a cross-cultural leadership tool for individualised coaching and development.
