Feedback in practice

How to give feedback? Learning by doing.

More detailed information

This (online) workshop focuses on people who give regular feedback and want to refine this skill.

The approach is practice-oriented, with every participant practicing.

We start on the basis of realistic situations and reflecting on everyone's personal strengths and working points.

No extensive theory, but a very practical and experienced-based workshop, where knowledge is immediately put into practice: what is working and what is not?

Founded on psychology and evidence-based insights on the one hand and improvisation theatre techniques on the other hand.

Your collaborators and managers will be able to bring in real-life cases to train their feedback skills.

This workshop is unique because participants really practice their feedback skills.

About

There are not enough words to describe Charlotte: enthusiasm, energy, humor, flexibility, daring to take risks, creativity, curiosity, cooperation, trust, acceptance, connecting, active listening and authenticity are some of them.

Communication and improvisational theater are Charlotte's two passions. Both worlds have so much to learn from each other. Strength lies in the combination of theatre and business. The overlap between them is where her work starts. To teach companies to learn to play again, with joy, laughter and innocence. But just as well, to bring them to insights about flexibility, assertiveness, leading, following, listening, connecting, how to better communicate and other soft skills just by the use of theater exercises.

Charlotte's teambuilding workshop is what drives people together in laughter and creativity in a way they haven’t experienced before. Her communication workshop goes more in-depth to theoretical insights, while still learning by doing.

Thanks to her academic background (Master in Business Communication), she effortlessly combines the experiential learning of the improvisation game with important communication principles, such as giving feedback, speaking in front of an audience, performing under pressure, customer focus or authentic leadership.

Apart from communication and soft skills, Charlotte is also passionate about social topics like society, diversity, gender awareness,... and she's not only an enthusiastic speaker, trainer, coach, but also a great host and moderator.
