Tamara Makoni is a natural storyteller who captivates and motivates audiences with well-crafted, targeted content. She works extensively on the topics of leadership, inclusion and cross-cultural collaboration as a speaker, facilitator and strategic advisor. After 10+ years in technology and global programme management, including 7 years at Deloitte, Tamara founded Kazuri Consulting to focus on helping leaders empower cross-cultural teams and achieve strategic objectives. Her passion stems from a childhood spent across three continents, and has been deepened through international travel, study and leading projects with stakeholders in 30+ countries.
