The AI-Human Co-Creation Workflow

Understanding AI and augmenting the Human for non-technical professional teams

More detailed information

AI is set to transform our working lives, challenging us to re-think how we perform as professionals and connect with our stakeholders. It will fundamentally change our most creative processes and how we interact with our teams, our employees and stakeholders.

Becoming a future-ready AI professional will require two major focus areas: attaining a greater understanding of the tools and what tasks will be separated out to the bot and what will remain in the Human domain. The next step is setting the stage for a successful and sustainable model of AI-Human Co-Creation.

PART I: AI Bootcamp

What’s a Mixture of Experts? A Parameter, a Weight, a DAWN, or Running Inference? We begin by explaining Machine Learning using simple, understandable language. What AI is and how it works, what tools do what, what are the risks and opportunities, how it fits into your workflow, and where all this might be heading.

PART II: Human Skills Upgrade

What kinds of skills will we need in the years ahead to be the best kind of AI-Human co-creator? Simple; the kinds that the AI can’t replicate. Learn to lean into your Human skills of empathy, listening, humor, improvisation and creativity, whether you are re-building your team, upskilling for a new role or becoming more effective in your field.
