Create Sustainable Behaviour Change Ideas

Turn behavioural insights into practical strategies for sustainable impact
More detailed information
In this highly interactive 4-hour workshop, Lien guides participants through the psychology of decision-making to unlock strategies that drive real, lasting sustainable behaviour.
Grounded in behavioural science, the session explores System 1 and System 2 thinking and introduces six key boosters and barriers that influence sustainable choices, from cognitive shortcuts to motivational triggers. Through collaborative exercises, participants learn to recognise these behavioural patterns and apply them directly to their internal culture or external communication challenges.
What sets this workshop apart is its hands-on ideation process. For each barrier and booster, participants are encouraged to generate tailored ideas relevant to their own sustainability goals and context. Whether you're aiming to engage employees, influence customers, or shape public perception, this session offers a practical framework to create messages and initiatives that move people to act and keep acting.
Participants walk away with:
A deeper understanding of behavioural science applied to sustainability
A clear framework for designing impactful communication
A first set of actionable, behaviourally-informed ideas
Designed for teams ready to take sustainability from theory to action, this workshop empowers organisations to bridge the gap between awareness and change.
