Connection in a Hybrid Workplace

Who replaces the coffee room?

More detailed information

In this keynote Tom is in search of worthy replacement for the coffee room. Connection and togetherness take a central place. In his keynote he covers the following topics and gives plenty of examples that have proven to actually work:

  • Why is connection so current and essential in organisations?

  • What effect does (the lack of) connection have?

  • And who has a role to play here?

  • What can I do within my function to strengthen connection?

A fascinating keynote, based on scientific research, which inspires and stimulates action.
