What we’ll do


  • Arrival – Put the tension on the table
    No round of intros. No rules. We start with recognition.
    Participants literally place their “boring topic” on the table—the one they’re stuck on.
    We say out loud what everyone’s thinking but rarely voices.
    Then we flip the switch: the topic isn’t the problem. It’s how we’re approaching it.


  • Part 1 – Why mandatory messaging doesn’t stick
    We break down why so much communication evaporates.
    With sharp examples and familiar fails, participants feel the difference between explanation and emotion. Between understanding and resonance.
    Not a theory block—a mental reset.


  • Part 2 – The turning point: from topic to human
    We flip the perspective: not what you have to say, but what the otherneeds to feel.
    With sharp questions, we humanize the topic.
    Here, we introduce AI (BrandYell) as a creative sparring partner—not to do the work for you, but to crack your thinking wide open.
    You’ll feel the energy shift. The resistance, too.


  • Part 3 – Creating sticky ideas
    Each team or participant develops one clear concept.
    No plan, no PowerPoint—just one hook. Something alive.
    The goal: to create something people want to share.


  • Part 4 – Testing and validating stickiness
    What lingers, and what doesn’t?
    We run each idea through a few simple but sharp tests:
    Would you tell someone else about this? Do you feel something? Is it memorable—or just logical?
    We use BrandYell to assess the idea’s impact and resonance. So you know whether it’ll stick—beyond the workshop.


  • Wrap-up – From insight to boldness
    What will you take into tomorrow?
    What will you stop doing?
    We end with one sentence, one decision, or one bold move.
