Thomas More - Strategische overwegingen voor KMO’s in China

Thursday, 15 February 2018

Mechelen

CLOSED EVENT
In the past two decades China has changed tremendously and Western SMEs doing business in China are frequently struggling to manage this changing situation. Do we need to see China as a threat or as an opportunity? Do we need a company and staff in China or can we manage the project from Europe? Do we need a Chinese partner, and if so, where in China? Which products to sell and which distribution channels to use? Which strategic issues to take into account? Etc.

During this lecture Bart will give a testimonial about his personal experiences in helping Belgian and European SMEs to deal with this changing environment and build a long-term sustainable business model in China, which minimizes the risks, but maximizes the potential. This will be illustrated by some real-life examples and anecdotes.

The Retail Academy - E-commerce & Social Media in China

Friday, 19 January 2018

Brussel
