“When a woman rises in her own power, the world rises with her.” – Oprah Winfrey
Step into your leadership with confidence and authenticity. This half-day, experiential workshop is designed specifically for women navigating the challenges and opportunities of leadership today.
Although women now hold more leadership roles than ever before, research continues to show a confidence gap, not a capability gap. Many talented women still underestimate their readiness for advancement, hesitate to use their voice, or overextend themselves to meet expectations that others do not face. In times of constant change and visibility, leadership presence is no longer about fitting in; it’s about showing up authentically, grounded in who you are and what you stand for.
Through guided reflection, shared dialogue, and practical exercises, we’ll explore what it means to lead as your whole self — without apology or pretence. Together, we’ll unpack imposter syndrome, and the seven inner critics that can hold women back, and learn how to quiet those voices to make space for your own.
You’ll define your leadership values and vision, and learn how to set and hold boundaries that protect your energy, impact, and well-being.
The session blends insight, connection, and practice — equipping you with the mindset and tools to lead boldly, purposefully, and your way.
What you’ll gain:
Deeper insight to recognize and reframe imposter thoughts and inner critics that limit your impact.
Clarity around your leadership values and vision, and how to use them to build your credible, authentic presence
Practical strategies for setting boundaries that support both performance and presence.
Renewed confidence in your authentic leadership voice and how to use it with purpose.
A sense of connection and empowerment through shared learning and storytelling.
