Pillars of Learning: Technology’s Expanding Role in L&D

A Strategic View on Building AI-Ready Learning Ecosystems
More detailed information
Technology is no longer just a tool in L&D, it’s a pillar. In this future-facing keynote, Marc Ramos explores how learning leaders can critically assess and integrate emerging technologies, especially AI, into their broader ecosystems and strategies. He encourages a move away from piecemeal innovation toward a deliberate and scalable roadmap.
Ramos helps participants understand the true role of generative AI, analytical AI, and predictive systems in reshaping learning delivery. He outlines how these technologies can be deployed to support performance, personalize pathways, and align with business outcomes.
Beyond the tools themselves, this keynote focuses on how to adapt team workflows, update strategic priorities, and evaluate the infrastructure needed to support new learning models. Ramos provides an actionable lens on how to future-proof your ecosystem.
Attendees will also engage with case studies and peer insights to start mapping their own L&D transformation journey. The result is a clear, strategy-first approach to implementing AI and tech that is purposeful, scalable, and aligned with measurable goals.
