Experiential workshop that blends classic models with fresh insights on team dynamics and bias.

“A team is not a group of people who work together — it’s a group of people who trust each other.” — Simon Sinek
What does it take to lead a truly high-performing team? Beyond targets and task lists, great teams are built on trust, purpose, and shared ownership. This practical, experiential four-hour workshop explores what sets exceptional teams apart — and what leaders can do to create the conditions for sustained collaboration and success.
Drawing on the latest research in team dynamics and classic leadership models, we’ll explore the foundations of high performance, from clarity of goals and roles to psychological safety and accountability. You’ll gain insights into John Adair’s Action-Centred Leadership model and the five dysfunctions of a team identified by Patrick Lencioni, translating both into actionable strategies for your own context.
We’ll look at common biases and leadership habits that can unintentionally hold teams back, and practice ways to build trust, ownership, and responsibility. Through reflection, discussion, and applied exercises, you’ll clarify what great team leadership looks like in action — and how to cultivate it consistently.
By the end, you’ll leave with practical frameworks, renewed confidence, and a clear understanding of how to help your team perform at its best - together.
What you’ll gain:
