Let’s talk about leadership. Not the kind that comes dressed in fancy titles and power suits, but the kind that makes your palms sweat and your heart race because what needs to be done matters so much.
In today’s 24/7, uncertain, and hyper-visible world, leadership is no longer about having all the answers - it’s about showing up fully, guided by your values, anchored in your purpose, and courageous enough to be real.
This experiential workshop invites participants to explore what authentic leadership truly means to them and what may be getting in the way. Together, we’ll examine the subtle “masks” we all wear at work: the ways we protect, prove, or fit in, and we’ll explore what could shift if we led more from our true selves.
Through guided reflection, dialogue, and practical frameworks, you’ll discover your non-negotiable leadership values, your unique leadership voice and learn how to create the conditions for authenticity in others.
You’ll work with the four elements of authentic leadership — self-awareness, relational transparency, balanced processing and internalized moral perspective — and apply the 3V model (Values, Vision, Voice) to align who you are with how you lead.
