Lenny Benaïcha is a serial entrepreneur who operates at the intersection of human experience and technology. He began his career as a professional dancer from a young age, which provided him with a training regimen similar to that of a professional athlete, supplemented by an artistic layer. However, his career was cut short due to an injury. After switching careers, he studied multimedia and communications technology, specializing in web technology. He won both the prize of the jury and audience for his thesis and began working as a web ninja with These Days, a large communication agency that is part of Young & Rubicam, one of the largest communication agency conglomerates worldwide. Instead of simply writing code, he introduced novel technologies both within and outside of the agency and was able to gather teams around innovation.

In 2012, he co-founded a lifestyle and mobility brand that was named startup of the year in 2015 by the Belgian Chamber of Commerce.

Afterwards, he returned to the world of communications once more as a strategic technologist (or technological strategist), consulting for some of the largest brands such as Toyota and Microsoft.

His latest endeavor is an HR tech company with the world's first two-sided assessment, which matches people with jobs (and vice versa) based on soft-skills, in a scientifically sound and academically validated way. This company was a runner-up at the HR Tech awards in 2022.

For the past few years, he has also been active as a (guest) lecturer at various universities in Belgium.
