About
Julie’s mission is to structurally increase engagement in the workplace. She talks about bringing more FLOW to the workplace. Flow is a state-of-mind where people are most involved, driven and focused.
In FLOW, we are completely absorbed in what we are doing, as if a powerful energetic current propels us forward. Research shows that we spend only 5% of our time in flow. Julie wants to change that.
That is why she founded her company – Flowspire. Connecting with the heart of organizations and employees inspires and gives strength to achieve better results for ourselves, the people around us and society. Higher wellbeing and engagement leads to stronger brands, higher loyalty, more creativity and agility and thus better results. That is a fact.
She brings new insights to this field because of her generalistic background as commercial engineer and over 15 years of international experience in business. She gained expertise in employer branding, change management, cultural change, leadership and facilitation. In small to medium companies as well as in multinationals. She brings this all together in her role as Employee Engagement Architect and Facilitator. As architect she crafts a change plan and as facilitator she creates a movement within your company.
Besides this, Julie is also lecturer at the Thomas More University, where she teaches HR Trends and Employee Engagement.
Finally Julie is known as a highly energetic person who is deeply trusted for her expertise and is described as a professional who combines a result-oriented focus with a warm heart for people.
