After 25 years in advertising, publishing and content marketing I have a pretty good idea about how brands and organisations have to communicate to attract and engage with their audience.
I always focus on the interests of the audience and the authenticity of the stories I tell. Messages have to be relevant and people need to be surprised and entertained if you want to catch their attention.
