About Erica

Erica is a PhD in nutritional science. In 2017, she wrote a book about the healthy food pattern, entitled 'De bewuste Bourgondiër'. During keynote sessions or workshops, Erica likes to create an understandable bridge between the scientific knowledge of nutrition and the daily application of it. In her professional career, she is a researcher and lector at the University Campus Leuven Limburg, Department Health and wellbeing.
