Olivier Van Duüren spent twenty-two years in senior international roles at Microsoft — Brussels, Paris, London, Seattle — work recognised with the Global Platinum Award for Excellence, presented by Bill Gates. He left the corporate world to build something harder to commoditise: a body of work on leadership, transformation, and human performance under pressure.
As founder of The Dualarity and co-founder of Visual Senseformers, he delivers keynotes and leadership workshops across the world. His co-authored book Transforming While Performing (with Kristof Braekeleire) explores the outer practices that help organizations move while still delivering. His upcoming book The Eleven goes deeper — a leadership architecture for staying whole under pressure. Built in the most unforgiving laboratory we have: elite sport.
