Renout van Hove doesn’t just advise on AI — he builds with it, every day.
As AI Accelerator at PerPetum Energy, one of Belgium’s leading renewable energy companies (600MW+ capacity), he built over 20 internal applications using AI in the past year alone. Not prototypes. Production tools that changed how a 50-person organisation operates.

Before his current ventures, Renout held senior positions at Dell, Salesforce, and Showpad. He authored “Obsessed” (2019), a book on customer data strategy that was already warning businesses to prepare for the AI era before ChatGPT existed.
Today he operates across multiple ventures: Quest2S (his management consultancy), GrowthAgent (AI-powered customer growth), and SiNergy (a joint venture with Delaware targeting €10M ARR in financial orchestration for renewable energy). He also co-founded Spectra Lash, bringing AI-assisted R&D to the beauty industry.
